Introducing Workspaces
Workspaces are now available on Kovix, giving you a dedicated space to manage invoicing and payouts alongside your team.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a shared environment for you and your team. All income from invoices sent within the workspace is
collected into a single shared balance. When it's time to pay out, the workspace owner submits a payout request and
distributes funds to their team accordingly.
Branded invoicing
Invoices sent from a workspace automatically display your Roblox group image and name in the "from" section. Simply
connect your group ID and Kovix handles the rest — no manual configuration required.
Team members
There's no limit on how many members you can add to a workspace. Once added, members can start using Kovix immediately
without any additional setup on their end.
Pro features for your whole team
Workspaces are a Pro-only feature, meaning you'll need an active Pro subscription to create one. However, once your
workspace is up and running, all members gain access to Pro features — including AI and line items — while working
within the workspace, regardless of their own subscription status.
Getting started
Head to your dashboard, create a workspace, enter your Roblox group ID and begin adding members.
