Tasks
Tasks use a Kanban-style board, making it easy to organise work and move items through your workflow.
When creating a task, you can include:

Assignee – the team member responsible for completing the task.

Cost (R$) (optional) – record the agreed Robux value.

Tasks can be updated at any time, giving everyone a clear view of what is planned, in progress and completed.
Each board also includes built-in insights to help you monitor progress. Track completion, velocity, open and overdue tasks, alongside visual reports including a burndown chart, weekly velocity and team workload.
With AI Insight, you can generate a summary of your board in seconds. It highlights velocity trends, bottlenecks and the areas your team should focus on next.
