Project Management brings powerful planning tools to your Workspace, helping ROBLOX development studios organise work, track progress and deliver projects on time.

From day-to-day development tasks to long-term planning, everything lives in one place so your team always knows what's next.

## Tasks

Tasks use a Kanban-style board, making it easy to organise work and move items through your workflow.

When creating a task, you can include:

* **Title**

* **Description** *(optional)*

* **Status**

* **Priority**

* **Assignee** – the team member responsible for completing the task.

* **For client** *(optional)* – link work to a client in your Workspace.

* **Cost (R$)** *(optional)* – record the agreed Robux value.

* **Due date**

Tasks can be updated at any time, giving everyone a clear view of what is planned, in progress and completed.

Each board also includes built-in insights to help you monitor progress. Track completion, velocity, open and overdue tasks, alongside visual reports including a burndown chart, weekly velocity and team workload.

With **AI Insight**, you can generate a summary of your board in seconds. It highlights velocity trends, bottlenecks and the areas your team should focus on next.

## Roadmap

The Roadmap helps you plan upcoming features and releases.

Organise ideas using three simple stages:

* **In Progress**

Each roadmap item includes a title, optional description, status and target date, making it easy to keep everyone aligned on what's coming next.

## Calendar

The Calendar combines everything your Workspace needs to see in one place.

It automatically displays task deadlines, Workspace events and invoice due dates, giving your team a single schedule for upcoming work and important dates.

Note: Project Management is available exclusively in Workspaces, therefore it requires Kovix PRO. It isn't available for personal users.
